The online analysis of Biogas is of critical importance to the safe & profitable operation of
anaerobic digestion processes. The AwiEco & the AwiFlex system have a proven track
record withhundreds of installations on AD plant throughout Europe. The AwiEco is 
designed for discontinuous online analysis of CH4 & C02, whilst the AwiFlex will 
measure CH4/C02/H2S/02/H2 & can be customised to suit any application & features 
numerous data acquisition options, including Profibus comms, Ethernet connections
& historical data logging. In addition, the AwiFlex can accept flow rate data from
the ST51 Thermal mass flow meter & combine this with the % vol CH4 measurement to 
provide real time information on total methane produced.





Both systems feature a rugged, touch screen industrial PC interface which allows easy access to the recorded data, 
sensor parameters & system diagnostics.
